Magnesium
Benefits of magnesium include lowering your blood pressure, moving your bowels, stabilizing your nervous system and providing enzymes from mineral rebalancing by way of supplementing —and is doing exactly what the doctor does with pharma- applying symptom relief on a deeper level that's helpful temporarily, acutely. The body becomes dependent on the actions supplements provide and it doesn't heal the body long-term. In fact, the body becomes dependent on supplements and doesn’t activate it’s own self-healing abilities when a supplement is expected by the body to do it daily.

Blood Pressure: supplementing things that lower your blood pressure acts as a temporary/band aid and blocks our ability to increase blood pressure to push through viscous lymphatic waste in the blood stream which can then cause stagnancy of the blood and eventually contribute to circulatory toxicity issues.
Circulating viscous blood isn't good either, but the solution isn't with suppressing circulation.
The entire purpose of blood pressure is to keep circulation going-- if it's too high, one should cleanse the blood and body of the viscosity in the blood (toxicity) THATS CAUSING THE NEED FOR MORE PRESSURE, not supplement to block the ability of the body's natural process under pressure.
Metabolizing candida: magnesium is one mineral that can be supplemented to increase our natural enzyme production to metabolize the toxins of fungus in the body. Improving the body's enzyme production by regenerating endocrine system where systemic enzymes are ultimately produced can offer a full spectrum of metabolic enzymes to metabolize everything, not just fungus! Until then, using enzyme therapy can be a really fast option for reducing fungal load.
Bowel Laxative: the neurotransmitter and nervine effects of magnesium paired with its accumulation of water in the gut (because it's a dehydrating mineral) creates an effect of clearing the bowels that many depend on. This effect is supplementary due to the reasons it works: the nervous system and neuroendocrine system needs regeneration paired with deep cellular hydration in order to restore bowel function.
Conclusion: magnesium is definitely depleted in nearly everyone though so supplementing can be helpful while doing deep healing! I wouldn't use it daily to avoid suppressing my system and not being able to see the signals of symptoms to determine root healing approach.
______
Regenerative Detox is key
1 Layer Deeper: Gentle Detox
detox the body's blood and bowels gently with living food enzymes while supplementing herbs for elimination support
*Blood Pressure
2 Layers Deeper: Deep detox
regenerative detox enzymes match the body's design, if it were intact, to flood the body with metabolic support in order to properly detoxify (opposite effect of MTHFR)
*Candida Metabolism
3 Layers Deeper: Regenerative Therapy
regenerative medicine applied to generational weakness that is contributing to poor elimination/detox pathways- a therapy, not a supplement taken daily
*Bowel Motility
