Braya Rose, age 5

Backstory: I was introduced to Brooke by a good friend, Katie. I shared my recent health challenges with her, and she asked if we could chat in depth to see if she could help me navigate with her knowledge base alone. I had a recent brush with severe illness that literally had me facing the possibility of death. After going into detail with my friend Katie, she bluntly told me I needed to work with Brooke, who had helped her on her own journey. I agreed to give her a shot and contacted Brooke.

During our Discovery Call, she listened and listened, I realized her work was beyond what I had already navigated and signed up for the Uprising program for myself. She took an in depth intake, and helped me navigate to that intensive regenerative detox program.  About a month into working with her, I was feeling better than I had in YEARS and wanted to get help with my youngest, Braya Rose, who is five years old.

My baby had gotten exposed to a bad bacteria that greatly impacted her gut health, and her health all around- sleep, nerves, brain, development, bedwetting, outbursts, and just overall joy. That- coupled with a family history of “generational” gut issues- she was in a bad way. After working closely with the doctor for over a year to help her out, I was over it all. Her chronic infections got so bad that her blood platelet count was rising due her body working overtime to try to overcome this bacterium. If those platelets kept climbing, she could have experienced blood clots. She was not doing well.

“Emotionally, she was a raging inferno of intense emotions. I get it: her brain was on fire, her stomach didn’t feel good, she was fighting so hard, she was an overall wreck.”

Brooke took the time to listen to everything my baby was struggling with. How I was doing everything the doctor said, but no changes. How I was falling apart because my little girl was so angry all the time, and had become physically violent and very unpredictable in our home. I was thinking autism. I filled out an intake form, and after receiving all the information- including going back over MY intake form- and seeing how I was responding predictably to the protocol she had curated for ME, Brook had a plan formulated for Braya.

She asked if we could do an intensive program for her. I said yes, and let me tell you, it is WORK! For me and also for Braya. But after one month, I started to see a shift in her too! I thought, “My God, HERE is my baby, she is back!” She is happier! I could tell she was feeling better. Soon, I will refer back to testing and do another stool test and some bloodwork for her, but I know based on all the symptoms that are gone, that we have made some SERIOUS head way!

Braya, after a couple weeks on protocol, gently detoxing and showing improvement.

My doctor was concerned over her lack of growth over the last year, and now she has had a growth spurt! She is willing to do homeschool with me again. She isn’t needing to take naps anymore (she is 5, and she was needing naps to recharge during the daytime- her body was working so hard, all of the time). She isn’t having accidents anymore. She is calm and at peace, so our household is also at more peace. It is a special kind of hell not being able to help your child, but also seeing your other kiddos impacted by the emotional garbage was heart breaking.

I am so relieved for all of us. Best part, is I was given so many tools and information that is going to last forever. I know what to look out for and how to help not only her, but my whole family. My son, as a secondary benefit, has recovered from grass allergies and other random symptoms just by incorporating a couple pieces of Braya’s protocol that Brooke suggested out of compassion.

We are not done with our journey yet, but I have great tools, foundation, and a great resource in Brooke. I would recommend her for determined mothers who want quick and permanent results and tools for chronic health issues for their child, or just to help restore peace in the home through physical work, amidst emotionally unstable children. Her work has changed our daughter and our environment!

A joyful Braya, about one month following her Children’s Intensive.

Braya and Jennifer committed to a one month Children’s Intensive, curated to her generational toxicity and weaknesses as well as her year of symptoms. Jennifer was a high-commitment client, as most who invest in services are- she invested in a low dose enzyme therapy and a few herbals. Products were minimal because dosing was fit for her age. She did everything to a T until she increased using her intuition and adjusted things on her own from learning about Braya and her body with me. Working with Jennifer was a simple flow: gains, challenge, adjustment, gains, adjustment, freedom. The term was shortened for her age - children are already in a regenerative state, gentle detox and development just need facilitated.
