Healing with Food

In the last Brain Bite, I shared observations of how each diet influences the body’s design- with Pros & Cons for each (if you didn’t catch that one, you can reference it here). If we remain non-bias and base our health decisions off the actions food has on our bodies, we can become more mindful of a few impactful ways we can spend more time healing, and less time feeding the problem.

-Limit digestive energy required: eat simply with little ingredients and limit meat, which can congest the mucus in the bowels and create hours of digestive energy spent

-Limit stimulants: the body cannot regenerate whilst experiencing stimulation- that's like expecting to regenerate while using medications

-Increase living foods: the more life inside- the more aligned with nature's process- the better elimination pathways supported- and the more hydrated the lymphatic sewer system is for an easier purification process

-Remove starches: fungus and mold infections need to go- they build biofilm in the body and effect our brain and endocrine control centers while feeding off damaged cells, which damages more cells and adds more waste-- this cascade is called “The Big C”

-Remove animal hormones: the less hormones we have stimulating our glands, the more our glands can regenerate to their original function

Let the body rest. Let the body digest.
